To create a political climate in our region that encourages profitable building through decreased regulation and lower fees; as well as more governmental accountability, transparency and efficiency. Also, to promote the significant role of the building industry to the elected officials and the community.

Organization and Structure:
The PAC is charged with advocating for the political and public affairs interests of the greater Sacramento building industry and donating to political campaigns. The organization will provide influential public relations that improve our industry’s business climate and enhance its image.

Organizational Ethics
The parameters that establish the guidelines within which the PAC will accomplish its mission are: “A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.” We will operate completely fixed upon what is true, just, honorable and right; prioritizing these above every effort, regardless of gain. Therein, we will focus on what is best for the industry and the community.
